After reading all the reports about CNA online I felt I may have made a mistake in placing an order.
I was pleasantly surprised when the correct order was delivered today (Wednesday morning) after only placing the order on Monday evening.
I didn't receive any notification the order had shipped. I also only received a generic response from the help email address saying it takes 2-10 days after I inquired about it. This was received after delivery so obviously customer care doesn't actually check anything, just send generic responses.
All send, thanks for delivery the right product promptly.
