Firstly maybe there is a problem with the phone, but i very much doubt . the person answering is clearly not competent in operating the switchboard or and cannot handle the pressure of the number of clients contacting the business. the line keeps cutting, as in someone actually hangs up. as a result you have to keep re-dialling and wasting more time. To make matters worse you are on hold for very long and without feedback, which is unacceptable. then she doesnt give message to the relevant parties - if she does they dont bother getting back to you. lastly she is absolutely unhelpful. last i was there two weeks ago the didnt have screens for the s4, and i was merely following up to see if they do now and if my warranty covers repair of the phone not being able to read the sim or not, and if so get a quote. i am such a loyal client of samsung and for years from mobile to tv to music system and fridge. i think its time i change brands to where i will be appreciated and my valued and my business valued. to date i still have not received any response
