Horrible Service at Samsung Boksburg

Absolutely horrible service from Samsung Boksburg. I was rudely pushed away by the security guard at Darro Electronics (Samsung Boksburg care centre) earlier today. I tried calling all the numbers provided on the job card but to no avail. The branch answered absolutely no calls today, despite myself and even a colleague trying to get hold of the branch. After resorting to calling the call centre, I was advised that the store closes at 6PM today. However, upon arriving at 16:55 the guard at the door very rudely pushed me away and ignored me while I tried to explain through a glass door that I wanted to just check the STATUS of my repair since nobody bothered to answer their phones today. This is not how you treat your clients Samsung, my phone was booked in on the 30th of December and nobody has bothered to give me an update (no call, email or even an sms) regarding whether my phone has been fixed or not. I have to make special arrangements to go out to the store each time, which takes time off my working hours. The service I received today was disgusting to say the least, and all i want is just to find out whether my phone has been fixed or not. Please get back to me.
