Did a upgrade end November for the Samsung Galxy S4, been having problems for a month. On the morning of the 24th the phone didn't want to start up... the phone has been booked in 4 times now. Each time they make it out to be a quick fix. I have waited a week now for them to replace the motherboard. just to find out this morning after phonning them (again) they will only be getting "stock" next week thursday the 16-01-14. I have also requested a replacement of the unit which I've told can't happen.
