On 25 April 2013 I handed in my LG Television set for repairs on repair ticket number 81496 at Radio Centre Tzaneen Two hours after handin it in I was phoned by Santie who said it is going to cost R450 to fix so I said that's fine they may continue. After many calls and visits I got many different stories as to the problem. On 4 October 2013 I phoned and spoke to the owners wife Irene who apologised and promised to have my TV fixed as soon, as the technician called Solly who was assigned for the job number was no longer employed by the Company. When I enquired again the part was being ordered. Now I phone in December to enquire and I am informed by Irene that they cannot repair the TV and I am free to collect the TV. How would I know if parts have been removed or what. This really is a case of such poor service!
