I have purchased a blackberry 9900 bold in 2012, last year I was using my phone and it switched off without going back on again. I contacted FNB to report this matter as I have insurance with them only to be told its not there problem and I should sort the device. I have taken this phone to various repair centres and it seems that this devices are problematic. since December last year it has been a struggle to get any assistance from them. I have explained that I was not told about an extended warranty or what my insurance covers nor received any insurance documents and now they ducking and diving from the issue. I have spoken to Shane Raynor and today a lady by the name of Cindy from insurance division who told me that it not a insurance issue...
