I fell and dropped my Samsung S4 and smashed the screen.
I called the help desk who put me in contact with the walk in centre. When I got there the shop was full but very helpful staff made sure the wait was respectable.
Two hours later I got a call to say I can collect my Phone as it had already been repaired.
When I got there once again I found a a very full shop but helpful smiling efficient staff made sure I got my phone and was on my way home in minutes.
