Both my wife and I have Galaxy S4's. Both have problems with battery life, freezing and overheating. My one additionally, takes 3 hours to charge on average. Been back to this centre 4 times to get matter resolved. On the third occasion was kept waiting 5 hours. On every occasion this centre tried to charge R285.00 per phone to back up and restore which I promptly refused to pay because, both phones are still under warranty.
On the 4th and last visit on the 21/12/2013, I spoke to Gus and he agreed to exchange my phone. Guess what? It will take 5 weeks to do the exchange. I'm sure you will agree that, this is not the type of treatment one expects from a huge multi-national company like Samsung.
