Pathetic S3 update rollout

Why is it that SamsungSA completely ignores the questions on the fb page about the update for the S3? The rollout started beginning of November and still nothing?? Promise to never buy a Samsung product again. I even asked for help with my phone because of the problems I had with it and all everyone wants to do is a master reset or reload the software! No problems were ever fixed either! Things like the screen that uncalibrates itself, I have videos to prove, its impossible to type, as it uses any of the surrounding letters or even goes back tothe previous screen. And I lost count about how many days I couldn't use my phone because it will just switch itself off and get stuck in a reboot cycle, for days on end. If the battery is in, it switches on and its stuck on that, rebooting, until the battery dies. Recharge it, and it continues. I have given up because no amount of software reloads fixed any of those problems, not even the trouble I have with lagging and stuttering when listerning to music or using apps, its impossible. Im done with Samsung. So glad I took Sony's tablet z, haven't had a day's trouble with it, and sure it would be the same with their phones.
