My name is Vuyo I leave in Ponong vosloorus. I went to I B M tv to pay for 2nd point installation for my dstv on the 23rd of December 2013. Firstly I took them 5 days to come and do the job and I was promised that in the next they will come to install, the guys came at 5pm on the 28th and did not complete their job. Meaning I cant view anything on my 2nd tv, their excuse was that there's something wrong with my Tv and promised to come back the following day but they never did. I then went to store to complain to the manager and was assured that they come will come on the 30th but up to date no one came and by the look of things the manager doesn't care. I paid in full but the job was not done. I need this to be resolved asap please
