I bought a Whizzyy wifi modem frmo iStore in Sandton. After 4 months of fights with the manufacturer I was told to take it back. I showed up at iStore Sandton asked for the manager and she sorted everything out for me in 10min, no questions asked. Professional and proficient.

I wish South Africa would learn from good customer experience examples.
