I recently purchased a twisp device from clicks rosebank. The attendant could not provide me with any details of the product. I planned to purchase the starter pack with 2 devices but was out of stock. I in turn purchased 2 single devices. I then enquired about the double liquid deal for R320 of which I was told is not available of which I was forced to purchase two liquids for R199 each. Why advertise products if the deals are not available? as a paying customer I was told they cannot help me and I can only buy at the full price. I was interested in the product and was pleased with the prices on the website until arriving at the store, which was a very disappointing experience.
