Twisp The Smoking Alternative
DO NOT BUY TWISP (Smoking Alternative)

I purchased a twisp smoking device just over three weeks ago. And yes, what the company and their sales representatives advertise is false. It "supposed" to cost less than smoking cigarettes. The battery "supposed" to last around 500 cycles. The coil "supposed" to last 6 weeks... the list goes on.

They claim that all their products are affordable. Lets do the math.

A box a day smoker pays roughly R33 for a box of cigarettes.
That's R990 a month and R11 880 a year.

Now the twisp 20ml bottles last nothing more than 5/7 days (Equivalent to a box a day), and each 20ml bottle costs R199.
That's R1194 a month and R14 328 a year. And that's excluding the initial cost and the fact that you have to replace the coil every 6 weeks and not to mention the faulty batteries that doesn't hold charge.
If you're like me and purchased the clearo (Not the lite), then purchasing coils for a year will cost R624 bringing the total to R 14 952 a year which is almost R3000 more than cigarettes. FALSE ADVERTISING.

Overall, I think this is a good product but you guys should really consider lowering the cost of your products instead of presenting us with false claims and terrible customer service.
