I ordered a Blue underwire bikini on the 28th of December and my total came to R545. I had to pay R150 for speed post to receive it within 7-10 working days. I knew there might be a few days of delay due to the public holidays in between. Monday the 20th WAS the 10th day already, So we phoned and asked where is the parcel, no explanation where put to it and was promised that we will receive it at the latest on Wednesday. Wednesday came, NO PARCEL, phoned on Thursday, was promised to have it on Friday. When Friday came, we phoned AGAIN and asked for the tracking number, which whom refused to give to us and said that the parcel is in customs. After all the and before the "you'll have it at the latest on Monday" promise, we said cancel the purchase within immediate effect. So... No respond to that either.
