This is my third posting on Hello Peter and still no response from Samsung after my last e mail to them. They have not come back with a proposal to repair our washing machine. I will now report the matter to the Consumer Council as well. Their contact at the e mail address I have just ignores my mails. Wonderful after sales service, how pathetic.
How can you support an appliance for only FIVE YEARS with parts. This means every five years you have to buy a new appliance if it breaks because Samsung admitted they do not make parts after a five year period. It pays you to buy a cheaper product every 3 years with the guarantee rolling over and another brand like LG maybe.
