2nd time same situation from provider - arranged to come fix issue 11am & promised to not be late as I had to travel immediately after. Phoned 11:30 to enquire about delay & was promised to be phoned back after checking with repairer. 16:00 and still waiting for call. Wife went to shop to ask what is happening & told they cannot come today but unable to provide any more info. Now have to postpone trip. And when I complained to owner both previous and this time I just got attitude. What absolutely appalling service. Lots of opportunity for competition in Lambton.
