I purchased a dishwasher which is still under warranty. It started giving me an error a month ago. I phoned Samsung as soon as it did and they referred me to MM All Electronics. In mind the process is simple, a technician comes out, repairs what needs to be repaired my dishwasher is fixed, I am happy again. Not so? Apparently not. I have phoned, tweeted, Facebooked, emailed and phoned again. 1 Month and counting, and no one seems to care that Samsung has promised a warranty repair and the service center they have selected is useless. I can't even begin to even explain my frustration.
