I spent a month fighting with Vodacom regarding on my account then cancelling the incorrect contract then still not getting it right. I decided to drive to Vodaworld. I arrived at 9am sat in front of a delightful calm young lady who took it in her stride when I said I'm not moving till everything is sorted. The previous person made just a mess it took this young lady dozens of calls but 5 hours later I walked out of there with everything perfect. I hope that Vodacom rewards Motshabi for the outstanding service & going the extra mile she restored my faith from having a extremely negative attitude to a very positive one towards them.
In the same sense I the person who was very incompetent I hope he will be held to task.
