After a disappointing day of getting my paper work ready for repairs to my Samsung mobile device I tried all service centers and the only one to help me the best with the best time was ONLINE CELLULAR.I was reffered to this company as I was sitting in a store at Greenacres. I was sitiing for more that two hours and wasn't helped then I thought about going to online Cellular. Upon arrival there I was greet by a young lady that had the most inviting smile. The customer service was excellent and the Technicians there was so helpful to deiscuss the procedures on what they were going to do to repair this device. It took 30 minutes and my phone was working like a BOMB.Coffee and water was even offered to me and whilst waiting I had good conversations with the staff so the time went so fast. This is the type of service to be received at any service cernter and I would refere any and all my friends to this place of excellence, Thank you to ONLINE CELLULAR.Keep it up
