Took my Samsung Galaxy S4 in for repairs after it fell. Under Samsung's 2 year warranty the phone was supposed to be repaired. Four weeks after the phone was booked in for the repairs, it still was not done. In the 5th week they told me I could collect the phone at 15:00. Knowing South Africa I called first, and was I glad I did, since the phone was still not repaired. The next day I phoned again since they assured me the phone will be done the next morning at 10:00. Arriving at the shop the phone was not in the state I booked it in; the phone wasn't tested; the phone was unable to turn on etc. When I put the back cover on the phone, after it finally turned on, it automatically switched off... they then told me there is something wrong with the motherboard and that I had to pay or book it in for water damage on the second count. Since this is the argument of an I left it at that. This owner and his staff is arrogant, mindless, unprofessional, unreliable, ignorant, and just plain useless. You have a better chance of fixing your Samsung devices yourself, without the hassle of having to face this employer and his employees.
