Excellent after-repair service

I submitted my PS3 and had added problems after the repairs, see my previous report:

Shaun contacted me and had me rebook the PS3. I received it back after about 2 weeks time completely repaired and working like a dream. The machine was as if brand new!

Best of all, they did not charge me a single cent for this second round of repairs, not even courier costs.
I am really pleasantly surprised with this level of service and feel quite silly for posting my initial complaint here without waiting for their reply.
