UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE from SAMSUNG

Shaun purchased the laptop 11/03/2013 Inv. No GMMZ-50-B800 from [URL Removed] The laptop packed up & was sent in for repairs at Samsung Smart Care Centre on 25/06/2013 (over 2 weeks ago) - Job Ref. No: SA 70170. I followed up with Samsung re the status of the repair on 8/07/2013, & again on 12/07/2013, I spoke to Tanatha Ruis from Samsung. She was helpful, & advised me on all occasions that they are still waiting for the parts. I called Lindy from Loot this morning 16/07/2013 where Shaun purchased the laptop to follow up re the repairs. I made Lindy from Loot's aware of the fact that the laptop is under warranty. Lindy mentioned that they always experience problems with Samsung when they send computers for repairs. Lindy sent me an e-mail & said they will do their best to assist us with getting assistance from Samsung. The service is totally unacceptable; it is now time that senior management of both Samsung and Loot resolve the matter between them and provide Shaun with a brand new laptop Samsung Pro 700T ATIV Smart PC tablet with keyboard Dock and S Pen. Shaun has the rights as a citizen in terms of the Consumer Protection Act in this regard.
