I took my favorite wireless headphones in for repair. I couldn't produce proof of purchase, so could not claim warranty. Was prepared to pay, but was uneconomical to do as would require import of special part. Nevertheless, Sennheiser distributors swopped out a new unit as the fault was a know issue with this model.
Colin was the representative who was friendly and attentive, keeping me informed of progress throughout the process as promised.
