The service I received at the Samsung store, Canal Walk, really brightened up my day. I never got the gentleman's name who helped me but am very thankful to him. I walked into the store and reported that my S4 battery was faulty. He literally opened up my phone, replaced the battery with a new one and made me sign for it. No hassles. It took me no longer than 3 mins. Completely free as well. I am very impressed. Thank you so much!!!
