I handed in a brand new Tab III for repairs. The screen just broke, even though it never fel or physically abused. I explained this to the Manager, but said it must be my fault, but they would investigate. I logged a call with hellopeter when I got a quote blaming me for the damage. I had a call from a Samsung agent who would further investigate, get proof of misuse of device and escelate it to management. 3 week and 3 hellopeters and no response.
