NO FEEDBACK

I purchased numerous electrical appliances, paid in full. Never informed about customs. Cancelled order due to their bad information. Waiting now 2 weeks for refund. When I phone Natasha plus minus 50 times get cut off.
Where is my refund. No response from Manager.
