One bad thing to the next...?

On the 3rd of April I decided to buy a couple of items. Total: R134 incl shipping. I paid... Total? R174.90 was taken from me!?? OK things happen. I called and spoke to Natasha. P. and she said the order will be cancelled and refunded I can reorder. I reordered. I received the parcel BUT I was STILL waiting for the refund. Then another parcel is delivered with the same items. I asked for it to be collected - it was NOT to have been delivered. WHERE IS MY MONEY? So it's collected and I am "CREDITED" HUH?? I SAID TO MY CARD PLEASE. NOT only that - IT IS SHORT!!! SO first you rip me off and I am glad to ignore it to a point and then you insult me and then you CREDIT me??

Is something not clear??? I have made NUMEROUS calls at MY EXPENSE, MY TIME. I have sent, and responded to, emails. I sent screen shots of before and after!!

Can you PLEASE tell me how far you want me to take this? Considering what I agreed to pay when I was finalizing the order and what you deducted WITHOUT PERMISSION?? So i have been waiting 3 weeks for you to get this right?

I will expect my time to be compensated (hour@650), I will expect my FULL refund to happen within 24 hours.

I am TIRED!
