I have contacted groupon three times already. 2 times via email and once via the call center. I was unable to redeem a voucher at a local merchant because of inadequate staff. They told me to contact groupon for a refund. After one month, I am still waiting for feedback and my refund. Waseema Peters and Natasha Mars assisted me, but I never received my refund. I want feedback as well as my refund!!
