Did not arrive and did not inform me

Sinetech Advanced Power Products have provided the worst service this year.

I had scheduled to have batteries replaced in a central ups.

I set up the appointment 2 weeks in advance.

On the day they were due to come, they were a no show.

I tried to phone, and no answer.

I sent an E-Mail and they only responded at 17:05 with a phone call and an unacceptable excuse.

By then, it was already too late to have done anything about it that day.

This is no way to do business! If you can not make it, phone your client and tell them! If the phone lines are down... heard of a cellphone!?

They do not provide support for most of the accessory devices they sell, do not do everything they agree to do, and discuss things over the phone so you have no written evidence of a task list to take them on when they do not do all the work they said they would do!

I would advise people not to use them and find a reputable company that will deliver as per an agreement
