We bought a cctv samsung camera from makro on the 16/06, with the understanding from the sales person that the installation will be easy and quick. the camera don't want to work with the iPhone, we got a professional IT person to install, and he couldn't get any joy either. so now after almost 3 months struggling to get the camera system up and running and no luck, we went back to Makro for some assistance. Firstly they said they would phone me back on the Monday, nothing happened. after 4 calls i got to the person, who would sort it out. Its 4 days later and there is still no solution for the problem.
