To whom it may concern. I bough a Canon SX50 Camera and having played with it I realized the terrible battery life, I enquired about buying another battery to which your stores told me they stock the battery (model no NB-10L) I went to the woodlands branch in Pretoria a month ago and they told me sorry they do not have stock, last weekend I went again (21april) and again No Stock but they sales person told me that they would be receiving stock this week. It has been 5 days later the week is finished, I phoned in and spoke to a Cleo and to a Werner and again NO stock. I am really getting fed up with this nonsense, if you do not stock camera parts, DO NOT sell the camera. I will take this further and request a fund on my camera. Do not tell me every time that I visit the store or phone in that you will be receiving stock this week and then never Do, and the excuse of supplier problems is not my issue.
