I was so exited to get my Samsung S4 last week Sunday. We drove all the way from Hermanus to Cape town to get one. Had it for about 3 days, i noticed that the phone reboots itself every time i try and use the camera. Ok, phoned the store, they said i had to come back and replace it. Good. Went back on the Saturday that passed. They gave me a new S4. So again. i was happy, but that didnt last long. The new S4 only lasted an half an hour, and then it by random reboots itself even when it was just lying there. Then start up and have lines accross the screen, and the blue light is on. YOu cannot get it back on, either without taking the battery out, or hard resetting it. No one touched it. Ok, so again we had to drive all the way from Hermanus to get this one replaced. I just told them that i do not want any other one, because if this one is faulty as well i have to drive through again. I always complained about my Blackberry, but your Samsung S4 is even worst. And to make matters worst is you brand it to be the best phone there is... i had to drive 520km just to get this problem solved.
