I would like to complement and thank Thembiso at Samsung's Head Office in Bryanston for his assistance following my e-mail to the Samsung CEO (sent via the link on the hellopeter website).
Although I expressed serious concern at Samsung's ability to support their older devices, Thembiso's assistance, not only in obtaining a replacement battery for my Galaxy S2, but doing so free of charge, has reassured me tremendously. I have always appreciated the quality and reliability of Samsung's products, but am now also reassured of the quality of their service.
