Hello
Yesterday I phoned Hisense and requested a user manual for my TV to be emailed to me. I also asked regarding the price of 3D glasses. My phone number and email was taken so the manual could be emailed to me (I cannot find my manual anywhere online).
The operator advised he would phone back with a few minutes.
Now it is a day later, no one has bothered call or email. I have been trying to call Hisense since this morning. I cannot get through.
I shudder to think what will happen if my product get faulty when this is the treatment I am receiving would just a simple request.
