My phone has been giving me problems for the last few days, where it will just restart, and then tells me the battery is on 0% when just before it restarted my battery was on 91%. I have been to MTN this morning to sort this out, as my phone is 3 months old and still on contract, and they told me it's going to take 3 weeks. I'm leaving the country in less than two weeks and need my phone when I'm over there. How is it possible to take 3 weeks for a battery change? Maybe I made the wrong mistake to go from iPhone to the Galaxy S4. Not a happy customer at all.
