LG 42inch 3D HD TV
I purchased a new TV during the 4th month of this year. 5 months into the purchase of my TV my HD functionality stopped working. I immediately contacted the store at which I made the purchase and was told that a technician would come out within 7-14days. After fighting the fact that 7-14 days was too long to wait the technician arrived after 7 days only to state that he needed further training in order to repair the fault. I then contacted the store asking for a new TV and was told that I was not eligible for that privilege I was to wait until the technician could fix the fault. The technician eventually was able to repair the HD functionality. Now 6months and 7 days into the purchase of my TV my screen has flipped and sound not working. I contacted the LG store again and am being told that I am outside of my apparent 6month warrantee (even though my till slip states that my warrantee is valid for 2years) the person I am chatting to says that even though it is not stated on my invoice I can only replace my TV with a new one within A 6 month period of purchase. Had they replaced the TV when I had initially asked them, this second fault would not have happened. PATHETIC
