I bought a Samsung washing machine exactly one month ago. It's stopped working. It has taken Samsung 6 days to attend to my problem. That too only because I have had to call them relentlessly.
They arranged to come to the house on Saturday and to SMS me a reference no. No number was sent and no one came.
Monday morning I called them from 9:40 am to 12:30 . It truly beggared belief. They insist they will call you back in five minutes and they don't call back at all. I literally had to chase them till 12:30. Had to cancel my appointments.
When you ask to speak to any one in authority the standard response was they were not available!
Eventually had to say I was posting a comment here and would speak to their head office, that anyone listened!
Finally an agent came at four o'clock. He has had to change a whole part in the machine, saying it was loose! In a three week old machine!
The machine is obviously faulty. I think they need to replace it with another machine.
I am absolutely exhausted in my encounter with Samsung customer service. The level of disinterest is quite simply staggering. To mess someone around like this to book a service appointment beggars belief!
