Please be informed that I was in contact with Nonhlanhla ; Nasreen and Moipone at Samsung Customer service on the 9th November 2013, relating to this ongoing problem with my remote.
All the 3D glasses does not connect to the TV as well. This seems to be an issue with the Bluetooth connectivity.
I have received NO resolution to my problem, but rather frustration.
This plasma has been giving me endless problems from date of purchase and I am losing confidence in your product.
I want this unit replace and closure to this issue as the amount of calls made to your office is unacceptable, whereby I'm faced with this type of inconvenience.
Kindly contact me to attend to the nonconforming services received and the defective Samsung product. I want corrective action taken and the television replaced as it was purchased in September 2013. (Not even two moths and to be faced with this type of service and inconvenience, makes me lose confidence in the brand)
