Poor Service - Defective Product Not Replaced

Purchased Samsung Top Loader washing machine, product been defective since purchase. Black Algae
comes out after every wash. Drum clean function doesn't not rectify problem.
Product has been taken away twice and inspected 3 times - still no resolve.
Complaint been handled by customer service at head office - reported problems and called them 7 times.
Never received i call back each time i had to call them and explain problem all over again.
Now that product is out of warranty Samsung say i must fall back on extended warranty i purchased when i bought the product. Samsung claim that the washing machine needs to be used with hot water in order for it to function properly. I pointed out to them that in their maintenance manual nowhere does it make mention of this. We are sold products by these manufactures at retailers who tell us that these products require minimal maintenance and when we purchase these products we are stuck with them and these Manufactures hide behind their disclaimers.
I will never buy another Samsung product ever again.
