Samsung Microwave blows 6 mnths out of warranty

We bought a Samsung microwave March 2011 and low and behold 6 months past the 2 year warranty the iternals overheat to the point that you can smell the plastic melting. Well we took out our 15 year old National which still works fine. Will not be buying Samsung appliances in the foreseeable future
