I ordered a 51" Samsung online, and did an EFT of R4999 to their ABSA account. Delivery supposed to be within 48hrs. After daily phone calls and e-mails to Williams, to find out where my order was, a week went by with no delivery, but just only excuses. After reading similar complaints on Hellopeter (unfortunately too late), I then investigated and found out that the physical address given, was the carpark of Mercedes Benz. I have reported this incident to ABSA, in the hope of reversing the transaction, as I had paid with my ABSA credit card. It is now in the hands of the Division. DO NOT conduct any transaction with these!!
