I'm trying to ascertain whether Samsung's ME6194ST 55 Litre Solo Microwave only has a standard two year warranty, or if it includes the 5 year warranty on the magnetron as well.
Nobody seems to be able to help with this information, and there is no real warranty information on their website besides stating a 24 month standard warranty on all their items.

This is really a deciding factor whether I will be buying a Samsung or an LG microwave, and I have contacted their support number and received a reference number 7112138370 with a promise of a call-back and have received nothing as yet.

Really frustrating as I prefer the look and features of the Samsung, but the 5 year magnetron warranty is a deciding factor for me.

I know it's not really a complaint, but I would appreciate a response in writing from Samsung in response to this query.
