Hi

It happened that I accidentally walked into something and broke my S4 camera lens. After phoning samsung directly the agent could not even inform me whether this was part of ADH and advised me to contact the service center in Boksburg. I phoned them and made sure several times that this would be repaired under ADH and they agreed that it would. I again phoned on Friday 01-11-13 and again your service center confirmed that its part of ADH but that she does see a comment on the system out of warranty and that she would transfer me to the technician. Spoke to the technician and he confirmed that my phone was repaired under ADH and that this was only a bug in their system. He noted that he would fix it and that I can collect my phone. Today 04-11-13 i arranged our couriers from work and paid them to collect my phone, only to find when they arrived there that your service center would not release the phone because the job is quoted??? I must say the repair was quick but service is poor and I paid our courier for nothing to drive all the way from Makro Vaal and return empty handed. Thank you
