I bought a "platinum" voucher from Macro to set up my extra view, the technicians did the installation on Saturday 02/11/2013, There was a problem with the linkup on Saturday but eventually the technician got it sorted, an half an hour after he left the system did not work, I phoned the call centre and it was said that a new call will be logged and they will notify me when a technician will be available again to come out, I find this unacceptable as I paid for the installation voucher and on top of that I paid another R 1135.00 and this is the service I get. I then drove to Makro and I went to go and see the salesman that sold me the voucher, he said he will get his manager to give me a call and guess what, NO call yet!!! Who do I need to contact to get the service I paid for, I paid for extra view and all I have now is NO view!!!
