BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD SERVICE

Good day
On 23/3/2013 we bought a LG tv from Makro and paid - R300 more for a package that includes installation. Mohamed from Makro gave me a voucher (nr. 9238) and we phoned the number for installation. They said they will come on 28/3/2013. Mohamed from Makro warn me, not to pay extra. He said that they normally charge more, but this include everything.
Blingstallation came on 28/3/2013 at 8h30 and installed the TV, charged R305 more, and used my husband's phone to call his office for assistance. He talked an half an hour on our phone. When we said that we are not gona pay, He claimed to uninstall everything and we will have to pay again for everything. I also phoned Makro at that time to talk to the guy, but he still wanted his R305 extra. I AM MOST HIGHLY DISSATTISFY WITH BLINGSTALLATION'S SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. I WANT A MANAGER TO CALL ME AND TO PAY MY CELLPHONE BILL . THE AUDACIOUSNESS!!!
CALL ME ON 082 462 2450 TO SEE THE BILL AND FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
