Incorrect installation done & over charged

My parents received a pvr and extra view along with the VIP installation voucher from Makro as a gift.
Upon installation the technicians were having an issue getting the extraview to play and therefore i was charged an additional R350. (The installation voucher was worth -R1300).
Since then we have been experiencing problem after problem and aside from going to multichoice twice to check the actual units to ensure they were not faulty, Blingstallation returned another 2 times yet everytime they left the problems would re-occur.
Today, 28th January, technicians are there again stating that the LBN switch was incorrect as a quad LBN switch is actually required. We were then again charged R700.
This is unacceptable! This installation has now actually cost R2, 350.00.
I think Makro should know who they are partnered up with as it is a total rip off.
I have called them to ask for a manager and explained the issue and that a refund should be due to us as the extra hour they initial took was due to them not using the correct switch. etc...
She advised me someone will call me back, but at no point apologised, etc...
