I had the Explora installed on Sat 2 Nov 13 by Aerial Excellence - Edenvale. Soon after the technician left we started with problems. The system was reset in consultation with the DSTV call centre. It did not help, as it immediately lost all the pre set memory.
Calls to the installer went unanswered, although it was within their working hours, when the shop was supposedly open. Today I called again, talked to Suzette. No urgency there to correct a faulty installation. Rather run after new installations where more money comes in, not in rectifying faulty equipment or faulty installation. Beware when you pay before having a chance to ensure that all works fine.
