I am very disappointed in Bling Stallion and the way people are treated and ripped off
Last Wednesday my husband and I purchased an HD PVR decoder from makro in strubensvalley and the sales consultant either very good at his job or very badly trained to sell Bling Stallion Installation vouched sold us a Platinum voucher to the value of approximately R1300.00 with promise of very little and even no additional costs for the installation of the PVR decoder and extra view.
The voucher was supposed to take care of the components needed 1 hour worth of labour and a 1 year warranty and as per the salesman if there was additional cabling they would charge R1.60 a metre, however when I called the Bling Stallion call centre the team leader Leroy called the technician and said yees we would need extra cabling his cannot say how much but it is at a cost of R6.75 a metre, bearing in mind we live in a complex and the distance from the dish to the decoders in minimal. We made the necessary arrangements for the installation to take place. To our surprise the Installer pitched up today and not even 2 mins after assessing the situation quoted additional costs of approximately R1300.00 according
