Purchased BlingStallation Plat voucher (R1, 220) from Makro Woodmead, & was advised by Salesman (after explaining layout/installation req), that will also require new 80cm Dish @R450, 2 xtra TV point transmitters @R150ea, 1/2 hour xtra lab @R175, and few metres xtra cabling @R6.50/m = /- R1, 000.

Team came out at 13:30 (iso 11:30), & advised that another 2-way splitter (R450=Total now of /- R1, 450) is also req. (not advised by Salesman). They proceeded to remove existing cabling whilst installing new cabling.

Four hours later (as opposed to 1 & 1/2 hours advised), they made out an invoice to me for R2, 894 (R1, 220 voucher = R4, 114 Total)-R1, 050 for 3 hours add. lab., 76m of xtra cabling, Other R150 - I was obviously quite shocked and disputed payment without speaking to BlingStallation Mngr-The Technician called "Kaveen/Calvin", and when I asked to speak to this person, he abruptly cut the call and said that he was instructed to immediately reverse the installation if payment was not made (leaving me with no installation at all).

I was forced to go to ATM with Tech's, draw diff & pay. How unethical & unprofessional - threatening clients with de-installation if not paid.
