Pathetic Installation and follow up service

I purchased a HD PVR at Makro on 1 May 2013. Received free Blingstallation voucher.
They installed on 3 May 2013.
Installation complete failure.
New HD pvr not working
Charged a whole lot more than promised.
Call Centre people not helpful at all
Craig promised another technician will come out Saturday before 3.
